Looking for something fun to do this weekend? Here are just a few of the things going on in the 812:
1. Christmas With Horses
This drive-thru event at Hunters Brook Farm in Jeffersonville will feature horses dressed in Christmas-themed attire. Santa, some of his "reindeer" and "elves" will be on hand to greet visitors as well. Kid's will receive gift bags and the first 100 cars will also get a special gift from Hunter's Brook Farm. This event is a fundraiser for Opening Gates (see link below).

2. T'was The Hike Before Christmas
Come enjoy a guided hike through the fossil beds of the Falls of The Ohio State Park. In the event of inclement weather, the event will be canceled. Check the links below for details.

3. The Nutcracker at The Ogle Center
The Louisville Academy of Fine Art presents "The Nutcracker" at the Ogle Center on the campus of IU Southeast in New Albany. This two act ballet performance has become a Christmastime classic. Tickets can be purchased at the link below.

4. Santa Paws
Bring your pets to get their picture taken with Santa Claus. at the Greentree Mall in Clarksville. Per the event host, "well-mannered, leashed or kenneled pets" are welcome. Pet owners are asked to enter the mall through the back entrance of the mall nearest to the Security Office. A professional photographer will be on hand taking pictures. 5. A Very Merry Grinch-mas
Come to the Clarksville branch of the Jeffersonville Township Public Library and watch the original version of "How The Grinch Stole Christmas" and make Grinch-themed craft projects. A small snack will be provided.
