Looking for something fun to do in Southern Indiana this weekend?

1. The Jefferson - Now Open
The areas newest live music venue, The Jefferson, is now open in downtown Jeffersonville. Located on the river in the the building the formerly housed Rocky's Italian Grill, the space has been completely renovated to create an environment perfect for live music and other events such as weddings. This Friday night The Jefferson will host a live music concert featuring an "indepenent maverick" of country music, Colt Ford. 2. Living Pioneer Farmstead Days
O'bannon State Park in Corydon is hosting Living Pioneer Farmstead Days. "The park’s Living Pioneer Farmstead features a working blacksmith shop, pioneer homestead, tomahawk throwing and a variety of pioneer demonstrations." The biggest draw will be a chance to watch the 1850's era haypress in action. More information at the link below.

3. Kid's Day At The Farmer's Market
The New Albany Farmer's Market is hosting a kid's day this Saturday. Stop in to the market for fresh fruits, vegetables, and a variety of other goods then check out the kid's zone where there will be "activities for children of all ages".

4. Huge Labor Day Flea Market
The Kentucky Expo Center in Louisville is hosting the areas largest flea market. More than 800 hundred booths will be selling a wide variety of wares and goods at discount prices. All of the details and info can be found at the link below.

Corydon's First Friday Concert Series is back featuring musical guests, The Strings of Indian Creek. This folk rock band based out of Southern Indiana will be pickin and rockin the stage at Bicentennial Park. Bring a blanket and chair, grab some grub from one of the local eateries and enjoy some live music from The Strings of Indian Creek.

WorldFest 2022
WorldFest is back for 2022. This event is Louisville's premier international festival designed to celebrate and highlight cultures and customs from all over the world. The event offers "FOUR full days of fun and excitement while bringing the best of the best in crafts, food, and live entertainment". More details at the link below.
