1. Harry Potter Day
City of New Albany Parks and Recreation is once again hosting their annual Harry Potter Day at Silver Street Park. This years event will feature Harry Potter themed crafts, games, and the ever popular Quidditch! Last Call Trivia will also be hosting a HP Trivia contest. The concession stand will be open for light food and drink. Stop by and feel the magic of Harry Potter Day.

2. Live Music and Peach Picking at Huber's
Huber's Orchard & Winery continues their summer concert series with The David Miles Trio. Talented local musician David Miles will lead this trio in delivering classic rock songs from the 60s, 70s, and 80s with the occasional splash of country mixed in. Grab a bottle of Huber's wine and some food or a cheese plate from their amazing restaurant and enjoy the show. Pro Tip: while you're at Huber's, take a wagon ride out the the orchard to pick some of their farm fresh peaches. You won't regret it.

3. Nick Dittmeier and The Sawdusters Live
This will be your last chance to see this band live before they head off on a European tour. Go and check out the unique sound of Nick Dittmeier and The Sawdusters as they pick, strum, and belt out their original songs at the Bicentennial Park Concert Series in New Albany. You'll also get the chance to hear the vocals and styles of Scott T Smith. This is a live music one-two punch you won't want to miss. Bring a chair, grab some food from the local restaurants, and don't fight the urge to sing a long.

4. Jeff Goes Country
Country music takes over the Jeffersonville Riverstage this weekend, with back-to-back nights filled with great live musical acts featuring Chris Janson and Clayton Anderson and more. Throw on your best pair of boots, bring a chair, grab some food from one of the local restaurants or food trucks, and get ready to hoot and holler as Jeff Goes Country.

5. Bob Ross Painting Class
Have you ever wanted to learn to paint like Bob Ross? Now is your chance! The Preston Arts Center in Jeffersonville will have certified Bob Ross Instructor, Ken Wuetcher, on hand to teach you step-by-step the techniques used by the famed artist we grew up with. Ticket includes all the supplies needed to paint you own masterpiece.
